first of all, if you want to enjoy some DM, I'll recommend you this server. It's actually made for you and you are at the right place.I had bad skills in Dm'ing i was nub in DM but from when i started playing in M:DM my shooting/DM skills became really better i am now able to fight against my pero friends. and yea I've enjoyed a lot in this server.I'll recommend you this server.
